What is the benefit of Training?
Following the installation of ProfitPak, on-site training is supplied to the customer to ensure that the requirements of that particular business are met.
The main aim of training during implementation is to teach, change and improve businesses through the use of our product. We feel that on-site training is the most effective way to provide users with a complete understanding of our product, as they are using the software within their usual environment and in a normal working situation.
If you feel you need further training or have hired new staff, Rimtech can provide off-site training at Rimtech’s premises, which will provide a distraction free environment for further training.
