“Zackly Industrial Sales became a Rimtech customer in November 2009, before that our business was running manual everything…stock control, pricing, ordering, you name it – we were doing it all the hard way!
The business was running me, with my health increasingly becoming a concern. I knew there had to be a better way to do things!
Rimtech had called previously offering me a no obligation demonstration of their Point of Sale, Stock Control and Accounting package – ProfitPak. I decided I had nothing to lose, and took up their offer.
Since that day, Zackly has never been the same – we’ve now set our pricing and margins, order and receive stock easily, and importantly are reducing our stock holdings significantly. The staff have taken to ProfitPak like a Nut to a Bolt, it has taken the guess work out of pricing, and given us and our loyal customers consistency and confidence to what they are paying and getting supplied 95% of goods on time while achieving good gross margins. And… now the staff can run things without me there (but still being able to keep an eye on things via remote access).
