Paul is responsible for the day to day management of Rimtech, and is very enthusiastic about the continued development of our products and the market opportunities that come with helping our clients to grow and become more profitable.

Paul is always keen to expand our base of qualified resellers and ProfitPak Support Centres, as well as offering our products to potential customers.

Steve Williamson – Projects Co-ordinator

Steve manages the implementation process for new client  projects. He is also responsible for the implementation of their system and network infrastructure, as well as ongoing system and server management for our customers.

Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, with over twelve years experience in the IT industry, including experience in software development and a background in networks and systems engineering. Steve was heavily involved with the original ProfitPak/32 software development project.

Graham Ritchie – Software Development

Graham has the responsibility of getting Rimtech’s products into a marketable state, and ensuring that we maintain our reputation for providing extremely flexible yet operator-friendly software systems.

Graham has extensive experience in programming mainframe, mini computers and handheld devices in several programming languages. Graham is responsible for the research, design, development and testing of applications within ProfitPak. Other tasks that Graham looks after are the integration of ProfitPak with other vendor applications, and also conversion of data out of your old system.

Jason Portas – Systems Implementation / Customer Support

Jason’s primary role within Rimtech is to assist new clients with configuration, training and implementation of their new ProfitPak systems. This often includes conversion of data from their old systems. His secondary role is as a Support Consultant, meaning that when he is not implementing new systems, he is providing existing customers with solutions to any software issues that may occur.

Justin Mitchell – Systems Technician

Justin’s role within Rimtech involves all things hardware and networking related. This includes installing and configuring computers, POS equipment, servers and networking equipment. Just is also involved in maintaining our clients’ servers and undertaking on-site and remote technical support services.

Over the past 10 years Justin has developed a broad range of technical skills with his involvement in several different roles within the IT service industry.

Matt Anson – Marketing Communications

Matt is responsible for all of Rimtech’s marketing and communications. This includes design and distribution of newsletters, advertising material, training materials and of course our web site.

With several years experience working with Rimtech, Matt is also able to put his technical skills to use in other areas of the business providing first level technical (hardware) support, as well as providing email and website related marketing services to our customers.

Joanne Hendriksen – Customer Support Co-ordinator

Customer support within a company such as Rimtech is one of the most important tasks. Rimtech’s glowing reputation is often down to the Jo and the Support team’s product knowledge, patience, persistence, and helping clients to get the best out of their ProfitPak system.

Part of the art with customer support is showing clients ways to use their ProfitPak system to help them to grow and become more profitable.

Murray Williamson – Consultant

Murray is one of the original founders of Rimtech and has been the main software architect within the company, being involved in much of the original development of the ProfitPak software range. Murray consults with management regarding the direction of the company’s software products, and its research and development efforts.

Murray completed a Computer Science Major at UQ in the 1980′s and is a senior member of the Australian Computer Society.
